Treatments & care

Our treatments.

Cupping, Graston therapy and vitamin injections, delivered across Birmingham.

Wet cupping (Hijama)

Wet cupping, or Hijama, combines suction with controlled, superficial skin releases to remove a small amount of blood. Clients often choose it for muscle tension, stiffness, post-training recovery and a deeply relaxing, tailored treatment.

We complete a suitability check, select the areas that need attention, follow strict hygiene standards and finish with clear aftercare.

Your treatment uses as many cups as the session requires. Temporary circular marks are normal.

Dry cupping

A gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses suction alone to lift the tissue—without skin releases or bloodletting. It may ease tight muscles, soreness and stiffness, support mobility and help the body relax after exercise or everyday strain.

After a short consultation, we place cups over the areas needing attention, adjust the suction for comfort and provide aftercare.

A good introduction to cupping for first-time clients. Temporary marks or mild tenderness can occur.

Fire / bamboo cupping

A traditional treatment that uses heat to create suction inside glass or bamboo cups. The flame never touches your skin. The combination of warmth and suction may loosen tight muscles, encourage circulation and promote relaxation in deeper tissues.

We discuss your needs, prepare the area, carefully place the warmed cups and finish with personalised aftercare.

Fire cupping can leave temporary circular marks that usually fade naturally over the following days.

Graston therapy

Graston therapy is an instrument-assisted soft-tissue treatment using specialist stainless-steel tools on restricted or overworked areas. It may ease stiffness and discomfort, improve mobility and range of motion, and support recovery from tight muscles, tendon irritation or repetitive strain.

We assess your movement, work through agreed priority areas with controlled tool strokes, then review mobility and aftercare.

A 30-minute session focuses on one or two restricted areas. A one-hour session allows dedicated work across several restricted or overworked areas.

Mild redness or tenderness can occur briefly after treatment. This treatment does not diagnose an injury. Severe or unexplained symptoms should be medically assessed.

Vitamin B12 injection

A vitamin B12 injection following a personal suitability check. For people with low B12, it may improve deficiency-related tiredness while supporting normal energy metabolism, nerve function and red blood cell formation.

We review your health and medicines, confirm suitability, administer the injection and provide aftercare.

B12 is not a general energy boost when levels are already adequate.

Vitamin D injection

A vitamin D injection for clients with an identified need and appropriate clinical guidance. Restoring low vitamin D supports normal immune function, bone strength, muscle function and general wellbeing.

We review relevant results, supplements, medicines and health history before treatment and aftercare.

Vitamin D can be harmful in excess, so treatment must be appropriate for you.

Biotin injection

A biotin, or vitamin B7, injection following a personal suitability check. Biotin supports normal energy metabolism and the maintenance of healthy hair and skin, particularly when a deficiency is present.

We review your goals, health history and upcoming blood tests before administering the injection and explaining aftercare.

Biotin can interfere with important blood-test results, so tell your healthcare provider about recent use.

Glutathione injection

An injection containing glutathione, an antioxidant naturally produced by the body. Glutathione contributes to antioxidant protection and normal cellular and liver processes, although results from injections vary.

We discuss your goals, complete a suitability check, administer the injection when appropriate and provide aftercare.

Evidence for broad detox, cosmetic and general-wellness claims from injections remains limited.

Designed for clients seeking a premium, all-inclusive therapeutic experience, with dedicated attention to deep muscular tension, recovery and natural movement.

Your visit begins with a detailed consultation and medical screening. Wet cupping (Hijama) and a 60-minute Graston session are tailored to your priorities. Vitamin B12 is included only when clinically appropriate, followed by tailored aftercare and wellness guidance.
